In order to save you time and streamline your request for mortgage information, DFCU Financial has provided an online application. The application will ask you questions about the home you wish to purchase or refinance, and your finances, and takes less than 20 minutes to complete. This application may also be used for pre-approvals.
After your information has been submitted, a Loan Officer will contact you within 1-2 business days to introduce themselves and to discuss your financing options.
Your Loan Officer is a mortgage expert and will provide help and guidance along the way, to help you select the best mortgage to fit your needs.
Once you’ve discussed your financing options with your Loan Officer, your loan will be submitted for approval.
To save you time, you may want to gather the following information for each borrower before beginning: (1) Most recent paystub, (2) Most current checking and savings balances, (3) Social security number, (4) Date of birth, (5) Records of monthly obligations
Also, if you are refinancing, you should know the approximate balance you owe on your existing mortgage and the amount of your yearly property taxes and homeowner’s insurance.
We look forward to working with you! |
